Hi,
just writing for the sake of writing ....to see if really anyone has found me yet that might be surfering the web late at night because of insomonia - or overtraining and pure boredom. Yep, usually my name will pop up as the only "liza rachetto" oddly enough, it's not common.
I trained on my bike today for 2.5hrs, ate, worked behind a computer, attended 1 meeting, talked on my cell phone, wrapped one valentines gift and now I am about to go to sleep. That is my day in a nutshell- thanks for listening!
